Book Coaching

I chose to become a book coach because written feedback on a manuscript only goes so far. It’s the conversations that writers and I have about the work—who needs it, why it matters, what it takes to see the project through—that are pivotal. As your coach, I will make our conversations central to our work together.

I offer four nonfiction coaching packages, each for a different stage of book development.

Inquiry: Is there a book here?

$299

Thinking about writing a book, but you aren’t sure where to start or whether to even pursue the idea? You’ll share the idea, why it matters, who it’s for, and how you see your book in the world. I’ll give you written feedback, and we’ll discuss your next steps during a 50-minute strategy call. In two weeks, you’ll have

  • Insight into your readiness to write
  • Ideas for moving the project forward.

This package is also perfect for writers who want to see what it’s like to work with a coach before committing to multiple sessions.
